To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return.
Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Inspection and Processing:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Timeline:

Credit card refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Defective Items:
